These pillows are for a client that wasn't a traditional monogram gal.  However, she wanted something custom for her bed.  I think it's such a fun way for the contemporary girl to add some personality to her room.

I'm addicted to purple.  There, I said it.  I figure there are much worse things that I could be hooked on so I won't try to change.  I think Elle Decor did a great little story on the use of the hue in the home.  Take a peak if you want to see more.

Nursery Love: John Robshaw

How adorable is this little piggie cutout? My dear friend, Whitney, is the clever mind behind the creation.  She created the sweetest little nursery for her new baby girl highlighting John Robshaw's Kochi Kashmir.

Little Bunny....

And, little squirl.  This is my kind of art for a nursery. And, a great way to use leftover fabirc.  I shouldn't be surprised at the creativity from Whit - she has the most wonderful cashmere line so creativity runs through her all day long.

Clearly, baby girl is happy with her mom's design ideas.  J.R.'s quilts are super soft.

Monday Market: They're Back!

Everyone loves the mini vase! We just received a large shipment of these cuties and I love the shot that our Sara

 captured.  Always fun in mixed colors but also great in a single hue.

These Turkish bath towels have been a big hit at the shop since we introduced them in January.  They are sooooooo soft and light and fabulous.  They obviously are great in the bathroom, but we love using them as throws, table cloths, picnic blankets and more.  The fun color combos or monochromatic hues are equally chic.

We're still putting the final touches on the display and such...But, we finally got our cabinets built for all of our table linens.  Now you can easily find dinner napkins, cocktail napkins and such without having to play hide and go seek!

Madeline Weinrib Atelier

Most of you know that we are a bit obsessed with Madeline Weinrib at Gramercy.  We wish we had enough room to stock piles and piles of her pillows and carpets.  On a recent trip to NYC I had to go visit this little place of heaven - Madeline Weinrib Atelier at ABC Carpet & Home.  Fortunately, the folks there were nice enough to give me permission to take some pics so I can share with you...
